Advanced Collective Bargaining - PORAC HQ Two-day class - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A brief review of the basic course will precede a comprehensive program designed to go beyond the negotiation of an MOU. Attendees will also learn to file grievances when the MOU is not followed, as well as how to deal with the issues that occur outside the MOU process.
